 Position: Kitchen Helper

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent

Wage: $17.40 per Hour, for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: No Education requirements

Experience: No experience required, will train

Position Available: 2

Benefits: As per employment standards Act; 4%  vacation pay ;

5 days paid Sick Leave 

Languages: English is not a requirement (Hindi and Punjabi as an asset)

Job Duties:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Sweep, mop, wash and Perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks
