Delivery Driver Functions/Responsibilities:
Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
Receive and relay information to central dispatch
Load and unload goods
Keep a record of items received and delivered
Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
Sort packages
Employment requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
7 months to less than a 1 year
A driver's licence appropriate to the class of vehicle being driven is required
(Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
