JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Provide administrative services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread invoices, publications, reports, and related material.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, distributing regular and electronic mail, and coordinating the flow of information internally and externally as required.
- Answer phone calls and electronic enquiries and direct calls and messages to appropriate parties.
- Accurately encode transactions into the system to generate invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the management for the schedule and scope of the job.
- Keep track of the inventory for the areas as instructed by management.
- Create and maintain an effective filing system for the billings.
- Regularly update logs, documents, and files to track operational and client information.
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations laid out by the employer.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- Carry out other admin duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- May perform other duties as per requirements.
Work Location: Unit 25, 6033 Shawson Drive, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1E7
Salary: $27.50/hr.
Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of similar experience is required
Education: High School
Language: English
