Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to position the company competitively within the IT services sector, enhancing market presence, differentiating services, and driving business growth.
- Oversee operations including server setup, IT consulting, system integration, and application development to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and manage budgets for different service lines and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships by consistently communicating and delivering high-quality services to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client proposals and negotiations.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and can leverage new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Foster clear communication within the organization and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and public events to boost visibility, foster relationships, and advance organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to maintain legal and ethical practices within the organization.
- Implement enhancements to boost service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring higher quality and streamlined processes within the organization.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated success for five or more years in operations management, project management, or a related field.
- Ability to design and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Familiarity with operations management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make informed choices under pressure.
Location: Mississauga, ON, L5C 4R3
Salary: $63.54 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
