Job Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to clients, policyholders, and insurance providers to gather or provide information as required;
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Plan and organize daily operations and ensure seamless workflow;
- Handling policy changes promptly and accurately;
- Create, format, and proofread business-related forms, client files, invoices, and Other related documents using word processors and computer software programs;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients;
- Answer telephone and reply to phone calls messages, and emails;
- Answer electronic enquiries promptly and provide customer service;
- Compile data, statistics and other information;
- Arrange travel, and related itineraries and make reservations;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- Perform data entry;
- Maintain and manage the digital database of all insurance-related paperwork;
- Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support; and
- Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, policy changes, and company procedures to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
