  • Education:                                    Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience:                                  1-2 years
  • Work Setting:                               Consulting Firm, Insurance

 Job Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls to clients, policyholders, and insurance providers to gather or provide information as required;
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Plan and organize daily operations and ensure seamless workflow;
  • Handling policy changes promptly and accurately;
  • Create, format, and proofread business-related forms, client files, invoices, and Other related documents using word processors and computer software programs;
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients;
  • Answer telephone and reply to phone calls messages, and emails;
  • Answer electronic enquiries promptly and provide customer service;
  • Compile data, statistics and other information;
  • Arrange travel, and related itineraries and make reservations;
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Perform data entry;
  • Maintain and manage the digital database of all insurance-related paperwork;
  • Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support; and
  • Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, policy changes, and company procedures to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
