Job Description

Administrative officer with following Job Duties:

  1. Evaluate and assist in preparation of new policies and procedures.
  2. Set work priorities, allocate tasks among the staff, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deadlines.
  3. Assist in budget preparation and manage the administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, project planning and management processes.
  4. Act as point of contact for internal and external clients.
  5. Maintain records of confidential documents and maintain the company's database.
  6. Facilitate the completion of business activities such as government remittance, reports, license, and other documentation.
  7. Coordinate and plan for office services such as relocation, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  8. Compile data and prepare reports, summarize the data.


 

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $27.40 CAD PER Hour with Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime: $41.10 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Other Job Details:

Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education Required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Job Status: Full Time Employment with permanent status
