Job Duties: 

1. Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other company events, including logistics, scheduling, and communications.
2. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them as required.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other engagements, managing calendars efficiently.
4. Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Facilitate the smooth flow of information within the team, ensuring that all members are well-informed and connected.
6. Establish and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
7. Support and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8. Manage training and development strategies for staff, coordinating programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
9. Oversee the management of contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
10. Compile data, statistics, and other information required for reports and decision-making processes.
11. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure they are accurate and professionally presented.
12. Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that resources are readily available.
13. Arrange travel, prepare related itineraries, and make reservations for staff and executives.
14. Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide assistance as needed.
15. Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and supporting employee development.
16. Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
