•          Salary: $25.85 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per Week

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone and email, and transfer calls and messages.
  • Carry out administrative activities of an establishment such as invoicing, preparing expense sheets and disbursements.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Plan and verify employer meetings and appointments.
  • Take notes and draft meeting minutes.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Gather data, statistics, and additional information to support research activities.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Organize business events and conferences.
