Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target industries and clients, and formulating effective sales plans and tactics.
- Actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base. This includes prospecting and generating leads, networking with key industry stakeholders, attending events and conferences, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This involves understanding their hiring needs, providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling recruitment services.
- Leading and managing the sales team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals. Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize team productivity and effectiveness.
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, client acquisition, and retention. Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as recruitment specialists, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts. Sharing market insights, client feedback, and sales-related information to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participating in budget planning for the sales department and effectively managing resources to optimize sales performance. Monitoring expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and making informed decisions to achieve sales targets within the allocated budget.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Previous experience of 5 years or more in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role, is highly valued.
- Proven experience in computer and technology, with a skillful understanding of MS Access, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Experience in managing and developing a sales force, setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations.

- Budgetary responsibility falls within the range of $100,001 to $500,000.
