Human resources officer
Job Duties:
- Overview the staffing requirement of the company, prepare posts, advertisements, collect, and screen applications received.
- Write and develop job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts.
- Inform job applicants regarding the employment requirements, terms, and conditions of the employment.
- Maintain employee record as per the policy and legal requirements.
- Prepare job offers.
- Organize staff training, provide information on employee assistance and counselling.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful ones.
- Carry out strategy and planning activities and develop strategies to meet immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Generate HR reports for management reviews.
