As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be working in our Vancouver, BC office working
alongside our leadership and management teams with the support of a Recruiting Assistant.
You will work closely with both the Operations and Human Resources teams on a high level and
provide support to our regional managers for their hiring needs. You will ultimately report to the National Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager.
To succeed in this role, you must possess very strong organizational and time-management
skills, have experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, and be a very self-motivated person.
You should have demonstrable experience in recruiting, preferably working on a national level. We’re all young professionals, and are looking for an energetic, motivated, forward thinking, and driven Recruiting Coordinator who will be very involved in the growth of our business.
Your responsibilities in this role will grow and evolve with you as needed and are subject to
change within reasonable bounds, but the main priorities in your role as Recruiting Coordinator are as outlined below.
Responsibilities
â— Oversee recruiting efforts for all of our regions.
â— Take ownership over hiring for all security guard positions and field-based positions.
â— Work closely with the Human Resources Manager to recruit for administrative roles.
â— Work closely with the Director of Operations and Operations Manager(s) to hire for management
roles across the organization.
â— Develop and implement recruiting strategies, processes, and procedures to maximize quality and
quantity of candidates.
â— Mentor and provide guidance to members of the national recruiting team.
â— Effectively manage and maximize recruitment budgets.
â— Post job advertisements and explore new platforms or methods of advertising.
â— Manage and oversee our open ads and recruitment platforms.
â— Actively recruit potential candidates (think “headhunting”!).
â— Screen and conduct interviews for all levels of positions.
â— Hire and complete and all new-hire information forms and paperwork in accordance with the
Company’s internal policies.
â— Attend hiring fairs and similar events.
â— Identify new ways to recruit and engage potential candidates.
â— Coach hiring managers on best practices and techniques.
â— Other recruitment-related activities as directed by the leadership team.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
A college diploma in administration or human resources is mandatory
Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area
Minimum one (1) year of candidate sourcing or related experience
Pay Rate/ Salary: $29.23 per hour
