Job Description

We are looking for  experienced 1-2 years. 

Terms: Full time, permanent, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities: 

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic equiries, compile date, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, perform date entry, provide customer service.

Experience and specialization:

Extensive computer and technology knowledge specializing in correspondence, reports and records, charts, tables, graphs and diagrams.

Work Conditions:

Fast-faced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, ability to multitask, Excellent oral communication, Flexibilty, Judgement, Organized, Team Player, Accurate Reliability, Time Managements.
