Wage: $25.00 per hour – 40 hours per week (full-time position)
Job Description:
- answering calls, booking appointments and coordinating mechanic schedules
- processing administrative tasks for all company employees
- maintaining client information filing systems in the database
- updating policy services in client files (address change, banking info change, all other client services and keep track of the process until it is done)
- handling distribution of all mail including sending and receiving of shipments
- preparing correspondence, reports, invoicing, receivables and payables
- keeping track of office and auto/truck parts supplies and stock
- scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- overseeing deliveries and providing instructions to mechanics and other employees
- all other administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Computer skills & good with keyboard
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
