Job Description:

  • Manage project processes and documents such as submittals, bid package forms, cost/draw breakdowns, purchase orders, invoices, change order requests, RFI, O&M, close-out documents.
  • Coordinate & liaison with Project Manager, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, engineers & consultants.
  • Negotiate price with sub-trades & suppliers for S.O.W & verified inclusion and exclusion of work.
  • Attend site meetings and record minutes to ensure proper workflow.
  • Walk-through the site to check for deficiencies and asked associated trades to rectify them.
  • Bring in additional project personnel and resources to meet demands.
  • Organizing of admin documents for Project Binders.
  • Assist Sr. Project Managers with documents, Purchase Orders, Shop Drawings, RFI’s, Change Orders, schedules, etc.
  • Assist Sr. Project Managers with organizing meetings/calendars.
  • Various other duties assigned by Sr. Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinator

EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree or diploma from a university or College of recognized standing.
  • Knowledge of: Cost Estimating / Procurement / Report generation / Bidding / Preparing Proposals / Project Management.

Bid Software:   Trimble, Procore, PlanSwift, Simpro

Tools:                AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MasterCam, MS Office
