Job Duties:
- Oversee the complete business operation, maximizing profitable sales, controls funds and growth while creating a unique customer focused environment.
- Take full ownership of the business management ensuring everything is in place to hit commercial targets with responsive management of the company’s budget and cost controls.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and release funding for team to work on.
- Anticipate the customer’s needs and set up an internal process to meet/exceed them.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to customers, as well as communicate in the same manner to respective heads of creative teams.
- Spark your team’s passion for delivering the best customer experience possible by creating a brilliant customer journey and generate continuous operation pathway.
- Lead to create a great place to work for everyone on a day to day basis whilst thinking ahead to ensure your team has a development journey with Web Hub.
- Observe your team’s service levels, identify ways in which they can improve and find the best way to suit that individual in coaching them to improve.
- Work closely with support teams, maintain top notch communication, service levels and response.
- Conduct formal performance evaluation process along with HR and make decisions about hiring, promotions, etc.

Overtime Rate $128.70 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
