Salary: $64.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company operates profitably by managing costs, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing margins.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to perform at their best. Employee retention and development are often key metrics.
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- GM sales will have a broader strategic focus, overseeing various business functions beyond sales. -They will be responsible for setting overall strategic direction, formulating policies, and managing resources.
- Create budgets, develop and design incentive plans for sales managers and other team members and create plans to expand into new territories.
- Provides leadership to the sales team and other departments.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- They will coordinate activities across different departments or divisions within the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborating with teams in marketing, operations, finance, and other areas.
- Hiring and training of employees in Sales and marketing.
- Evaluating performance and productivity of overall sales department.
- Overseeing financial reports including detailed analyses of the stores’ performance and future plans.
- Staying updated about market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales management and leadership roles is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate sales teams, set targets, and foster a positive work environment.
- The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
