Crystal River Immigration Consulting Service Ltd. is a world-class consulting firm that offers expert advice and services related to immigration policies, business development, and talent retention. We are a fast-growing consulting firm focused on helping individuals and international entrepreneurs move to Canada and establish their businesses there.

We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team and manage our partnerships and clients. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals and interests and represent our company in negotiations to ensure favorable terms.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives related to immigration consulting services.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, including businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies, to promote immigration consulting services.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the immigration consulting sector.
  4. Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting key client segments.
  5. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that immigration consulting services comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  7. Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, preparing regular reports for management review and decision-making.
  8. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build relationships within the immigration consulting community.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of immigration consulting services to clients.
  11. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  1. A college diploma in business, marketing, project management, account management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree or higher education will be an asset.
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business, account management, partnership development, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a senior-level position.
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to represent our company's interests effectively.
  4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  5. Excellent technical and communication skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Wage & Benefits

$58.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week
