Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Plan and manage budgets
- Prepare reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:
- College diploma is required
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, including experience as a construction field superintendent is required.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements.

- Job Type: Permanent Full-time Job
- Salary: $46 hourly and 30 hours per week
