Education and Experience:
Completion of college diploma in food service administration or related discipline or equivalent experience is required.

35-44 hours per week, 8 hours a day Days,evenings,weekends,overnight,flexible timing

Job duties:
- Coordinating and supervising activities of staff who prepare meals
- Assign workstations and manage breaks
- Preparing schedule and roster for staff and addressing staffing concerns
- Maintaining records of sales, stock,and wastage
- Planning and ordering ingredients and supplies required for inventory
- Effective use of operating system to balance key goals of speed,food quality and cost
- management
- Ensuring that food and quality of service meets the standards set by Food Services Code
- and governed by Public Health Ontario
- Training and monitoring staff in their job duties , sanitation and safety procedures
- Establishing standards for personnel performance and customer service
- Addressing any customer complaints regarding food quality and service
- Completes various tasks as requested by management that may include but is not limited
- to: daily and weekly paperwork, inventory, purchasing
Employment requirements:
- Completion of college diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to deal with a variety of people:customers,staff, and management
- Responsible,reliable and honest
- Ability to make quick decisions under stressful conditions
- Valid Food Safe Certificate or agree to obtain within 6 months of starting work
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to do some heavy lifting
