Matcha Caring Ltd. is looking for a permanent, full-time office administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to contractors, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, maintenance and security services
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Education, skills and experience required:
- Completion of secondary school
- Some work experience in office administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, e-mail and Internet browser

- $28.85/hour, 30 hrs/week, 10 days paid vacation
