Artin Stone Trading in Vancouver is hiring for a full time permanent Transport Truck Drivedr to join their team. Our team meets the legacy of 15 years’ brilliant experience in marble manufacturing & installation industry. 

Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $28/hrs 

Hours per week: 40
Location: 2008 Clark Dr Vancouver, BC V5N 3G7

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive primarily straight trucks to transport goods and materials mainly on local routes and short inter-urban routes
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment, and loading and unloading of cargo
• Completing a daily truck log and submitting mileage reports
• Complying with company and government regulations and rules
• Support in Loading and unloading trucks
• Performing emergency repairs like patching tires when needed

Job requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalant of experience 

Experience: at least 7 months to 1 year local/short-hual transport experience 

Driver Licence : Class 5 

Language of work: English

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, over time required
