Wages:      18.50 hourly/35 to 40 hours per Week

Type :      Permanent employment/ Full time

Shifts:       Day, Evening, Morning, Night, Shift

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public
  • Operate switchboard or telephone system
  • Record and relay information
  • Schedule and confi rm appointments
  • Send invoices
  • Receive and issue payments
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
