Responsibilities

Tasks

    1. Client Project Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Escape Proof and clients across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination of quality inspection and liaison services. Facilitate project initiation, progress tracking, and completion in line with client expectations and company standards.

    2. Quality Assurance Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and automotive industry quality requirements across all services provided. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular audits to uphold Escape Proof’s commitment to excellence.

    3. Operational Support for Inspection Services: Coordinate logistics and scheduling for inspection, sorting, and containment services, ensuring efficient deployment of on-site inspectors and resources to meet client needs in a timely manner.

    4. Launch Support Management: Assist in the planning and execution of launch support activities, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

    5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all operational activities, including inspection reports, client communications, and project documentation. Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

    6. Financial Administration for Client Projects: Manage budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for client projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial management in accordance with company policies.

    7. Team Communication and Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members across different locations, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed about project goals, timelines, and responsibilities.

    8. Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that all client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

    9. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project coordination and service delivery. Lead and participate in initiatives to implement best practices and enhance the quality of Escape Proof’s services.

    10. Quality Liaison and Resident Engineering Support: Provide hands-on support for quality liaison and resident engineering activities, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution between Escape Proof, clients, and suppliers.
