Job Type: Permanent/ Full time (32- 40 Hrs/week)

Work Location: 160 Wilkinson Rd, Suite-39, Brampton, ON L6T 4Z4

 

Ability to Supervise:6-8 people

 Job Description/ Skills:-

-To Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.

-To Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

-To Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

-To Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services,.

-To Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

-To Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

- To train other administrative staff & Oversee payroll administration
