Job Duties:
- Maintain the financial records using bookkeeping system.
- Generate financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- Compile financial statements, input journal entries, and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
- Prepare trial balance to verify that debits and credits are in balance.
- Carry out calculations for payrolls, bills, and other payments and prepare cheques accordingly.
- Prepare tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Preparing invoices and other statistical reports.

Experience and Education:
- Minimum experience of 1 year to less than 2 years with College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay:
- $27.00 CAD Per Hour
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- (Overtime Rate) $40.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
- Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
