Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the company operates profitably by managing costs, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing margins.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to perform at their best. Employee retention and development are often key metrics.
  • Developing and managing the budget, including expenses related to staffing, marketing, and maintenance.
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Participating in negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Overseeing financial reports including detailed analyses of the stores’ performance and future plans.
  • Staying updated about market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales management and leadership roles is crucial.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate sales teams, set targets, and foster a positive work environment.
  • The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and senior management.
  • The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required to demonstrate computer skills in technology.

Location: Toronto, ON M5T 2C7

(Remote work available)

Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
