Job Description

                JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Location: Toronto, ON, M5T 2C7

Salary: $64.20 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership and vision to the sales department of the company to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Offering guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve targets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales department.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage the sales department budget and optimize resource utilization.
  • Stay informed about the company's services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Adapt sales strategies in response to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ensure the sales team operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Substantial experience in of 5 years or more in sales management, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
  • The ability to analyze market trends, data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • One must be able to adapt to changing conditions and lead through various challenges, including crises and uncertainties.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

 

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
