One Full time permanent Role , NOC 92024

Wages- 25$ hourly for 35-40 hours weekly

Education Qualifications-  Secondary school with minimum 3-4 years of manufacturing supervision experience 

Duties: 

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers in the print shop
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with customer schedules
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare production and other management reports
• Help in set up machines and equipment, whenver required
• Resolving Customer service escalations in the production area
