Business Development Officer (One Available Position)
Job description:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients and existing clients.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and pitches for potential clients.
4. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Collaborate with partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities in the tech and marketing industries.
6. Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve services and offerings.
7. Coordinate with internal teams, including web designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
8. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue generation.
9. Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Compensation & Hours
Salary: $42.50 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $63.75 per hour starting after 44 hours per week & Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
