Salary: $34.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Managing and updating social media profiles, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Helping with email campaign creation, list management, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Gathering and distributing data and reports for internal review.
- Crafting marketing materials and website content.
- Organizing presentations and events.
- Assisting in promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintaining communication with customers and external agencies.
- Aiding in the planning and execution of market research initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, a CEGEP/ college degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills in market research, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and data analysis. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and marketing tools like Google Analytics may be required.
- Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in marketing or related fields can be a significant advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating marketing materials and interacting with team members and customers.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas is highly valued.
