Job Duties:

  • Assess and contribute to the integration of new policies and protocols, oversee, and organize the administrative tasks within the office.
  • Plan and arrange office services such as accommodation, relocation, supplies, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assign the office work to the designated department and establish work priorities, track the deadlines to finish each task on time.
  • Administer policies for the release of record requests made by the government to access information.
  • Perform analyses and oversee administrative tasks related to budgeting, contracting, project planning and management process.
  • Organize the filing system for important and confidential company documents as per defined policy.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data for further planning.
  • Accommodate the budget preparation and maintain the office inventory.

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience with College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

 Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay: 

  • $27.30 CAD Per Hour

  • Minimum 30 hours per week

  • (Overtime Rate) $40.95 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

  • Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
