Salary: $64.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of the sales team, offering direction, inspiration, and assistance to attain both individual and collective performance goals.
- Establishing ambitious yet attainable sales targets for the team or department to drive growth and meet organizational objectives.
- Overseeing and assessing the sales team’s performance, conducting routine performance assessments, and implementing appropriate actions for enhancing outcomes.
- Analyze regular reports and responses to senior management on sales performance and strategies.
- Participating in high-level negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensuring the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Investing in the professional development of the sales team through training and coaching.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Overseeing the sales department budget, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Identifying training needs and organizing skill development programs to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the sales team's progress and success.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales management is essential.
- Previous experience in leading and managing sales teams, demonstrating the ability to drive results through others.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management.
