Title: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
One position available on full time permanent role
- Research and identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
- Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the service offerings to customers.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships to expand clientele.
- Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth.
- Coordinate with HR Officer to define the roadmap, hierarchy and HR policies for company vision.
- Manage workflows and process improvements for the company, to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver actionable strategic solutions.
- Document and communicate status updates of ongoing initiatives, including new developments and potential risks, in a timely manner to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop matrix to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Prepare analysis and reporting to facilitate dialogue with executive staff and other stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing solutions’ services training and support for teams to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the company.
Salary and Working Hours: $86.00 per Hour with minimum 30 hours per week.
Overtime Rate & Holiday pay: $129.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week with 4% of gross pay.
Job Details:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
