Duties:
- Oversee and manage the organization's operational logistics, developing plans to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Coordinate activities across different departments and with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and adjust the type and quantity of materials required for various projects.
- Track and manage the movement of supplies and materials between all warehouses.
- Organize and maintain inventory systems.
- Compile and process orders and instructions from customers, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
- Track, complete, and follow up on purchase orders, keeping track of shipments.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain various operational reports, compiling worksheets and specifications of orders.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work; resolve workplace issues and provide technical advice to improve productivity and quality.
- Arrange and conduct training for staff, review performance, and dispatch personnel according to schedules or in response to emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interface directly with clients to resolve inquiries, custom documents and customs related issues for country specific regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year diploma in logistics or a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration.
- Must have a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience with coordinating logistics of high valued items shipped via sea, air and rail to various international markets.
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain management systems
