Salary: $65.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable at P&L level for managing the territory revenue and costs in order to achieve the company strategy and business plan and targets.
- Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with all customers and intermediaries to ensure customers are provided with efficient service levels at all times.
- Develop a market strategy and manage clear business plans.
- Formulate and implement growth strategies to ensure attainment of the next phase of growth in revenue and profitability.
- Developing and delivering innovative new business opportunities, including ventures; to deliver the next phase of growth and provide alternative revenue streams to achieve long term growth against relevant targets and business plans.
- Provide regular market & partner insights that can contribute to the current & future success of the performance of the business.
- Responsible for budgets and forecasting to promote sales and control costs.
- Lead, motivate, develop and manage the performance of direct reports and the wider teams in the company.
- Provide leadership and direction through consistent Decision Making
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, marketing ,business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ professional sales/management experience, strong people management skills
- Experience in managing sales and marketing team.
- Good English is a must
- Strong leader with excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to analyze and introduce changes where needed to improve business performance
