Job Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance issues.
• Monitor temperature and climate control systems to ensure guest comfort.
• Assist in repairing minor plumbing issues such as leaks and clogs
• Perform routine checks on electrical systems to identify potential issues and address electrical problems including repairing or replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Handle minor carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves or cabinetry.
• Touch up and repaint walls and surfaces as needed to maintain a fresh and clean appearance.
• Assist with renovations and refurbishments as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts if necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to address urgent maintenance issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner when performing maintenance tasks in guest rooms or common areas.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to address maintenance issues efficiently.
• Work closely with contractors and external service providers when necessary.
