Job Title: Cleaner

Job Description:

• Address specific cleaning requests or concerns from supervisors promptly and efficiently.

• Perform detailed cleaning of windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces in residential and commercial buildings.

• Thoroughly clean toilets, sinks, and floors in restrooms. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.

• Remove trash from bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.

• Conduct comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of restroom facilities.

• Use specialised equipment to deep clean carpets and upholstered furniture, removing stains and dirt.

• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and restock items as necessary. Notify management when supplies are low.

• Identify and report any maintenance problems, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the supervisor.

• Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety instructions and use them correctly to avoid accidents or damage.

Pay rate: 

• $28.85 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• No minimum education requirements.

• Some experience is an asset but not required.
