Corporate sales manager
Roles and Responsibilties:
- Develop, oversee and assess the initiatives within the sales division across commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other establishments.
- Coordinate sales activities at the regional and divisional levels.
- Formulate policies and procedures for the organization regarding sales.
- Define strategic plans associated with the introduction of new product lines.
- Guide the sales team in cultivating connections with corporate clients and oversee the negotiation of sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to comprehend and convey marketing messages to the field.
- Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis.
- Developing sales talent through the use of sales management techniques.
- Keeping employees motivated through use of compassion and other interpersonal skills
Computer Applications Knowledge: Data analysis software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Statistical software, MS Windows, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), MS Office
Compensation & Hours:
Salary and working hours: CAD $58.00 per hour with minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $87.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
