Currently, we have an open position for an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for ensuring:
• The smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the organization.
• Oversight of a team of administrative staff.
• Management of various administrative tasks and coordination of office operations.
• Support for achieving overall organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Position Details:
Full-time, 35-40 hours per week.
Pay: $49.75 per hour.
