Job Duties:
- Post general entries.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Prepare Tax Returns
- Maintain Accounting records for each client, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Record financial transactions for clients, including income, expenses, invoices, and receipts, into accounting software or ledgers.
- Prepare trial balance of books.
- Reconcile clients' bank statements with their financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate account balances.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable for clients. This includes processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing outstanding bills.
- Monitor and categorize business expenses for clients, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to tax regulations.
