Location: Mississauga, ON L5T 2M9
Salary: $ 27.25 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the IT company.
- Handle general ledger entries, ensuring proper classification of transactions.
- Process and track invoices, verifying details and ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor and manage company expenses, tracking receipts and ensuring adherence to budget.
- Reconcile bank statements to internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support in the creation and monitoring of the budget.
- Collaborate with others to gather financial information and address inquiries.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, a secondary school graduation certificate is required.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial roles for 2 to 3 years is essential.
- Proficiency in using accounting software is essential.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and financial data efficiently.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Good English communication skills to interact with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality when dealing with financial information.
