Office Administrative Assistant

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in office setup
Education: Completion of Secondary
Start date: As soon as possible
• Provide administrative support to the staff team and ensure that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner.
- Determine and establish office procedures.
- Greet and assist students and visitors who come to the driving school.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries about courses, scheduling, fees, and other related information.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Collect tuition fees and process payments from students.
- Prepare invoices and receipts for students and maintain financial records.
- Communicate with driving instructors to coordinate lesson schedules.
- Schedule driving lessons and appointments for students with driving instructors.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
