Office Administrative Assistant

 

Work Location: #101-8642, 128street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4G5

Salary: $25.00 hourly

Terms of employment: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in office setup

Education: Completion of Secondary

Start date: As soon as possible

•      Provide administrative support to the staff team and ensure that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner.

  • Determine and establish office procedures.
  • Greet and assist students and visitors who come to the driving school.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries about courses, scheduling, fees, and other related information.
  • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Collect tuition fees and process payments from students.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts for students and maintain financial records.
  • Communicate with driving instructors to coordinate lesson schedules.
  • Schedule driving lessons and appointments for students with driving instructors.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
