Job Description:

At Dubbs Equity Capital Inc., we are looking for a Business Analyst, who will be instrumental in helping us streamline our operations and improve efficiency. By identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth, you will be expected to enhance the company's profitability. You must also facilitate communication between different departments, ensuring that project goals align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan development projects and coordinate activities with representatives of a wide variety of tech enterprises, community and business associations. 

• Respond to enquiries from members of the business community and partners regarding business development opportunities. 

• Conduct research on consumers, competitors and the marketplace to identify trends to optimize marketing strategies for products and services. 

• Analyze promotional and marketing campaigns to identify improvements. 

• Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to attract venture capital. 

• Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of tech establishments. 

• Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs. 

• Plan the reorganization of the operations of an establishment. 

• Supervise contracted researchers or clerical staff.

• Facilitate internal communication so as to ensure that departmental goals align with the organization’s overall goals.
