Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients and strategic partners in the transportation sector, leveraging industry networks and market research to expand business opportunities.
- Analyze transportation market trends and competitor strategies to gain insights, enhance service offerings, and identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Develop growth strategies and business plans tailored for the transportation sector, focusing on market expansion, service diversification, and operational efficiencies to drive growth.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations while crafting and implementing comprehensive business plans, effectively communicating vision and strategy to stakeholders and audiences.
- Assess customer service quality and operational ambiance in transportation services to refine marketing strategies, improving customer experience and driving business growth.
- Initiate projects to attract transportation investments in both rural and urban areas, addressing industrial and commercial logistics needs to boost regional economic development.
- Convert leads into business deals by negotiating favorable contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable terms and building strong partnerships in the transportation industry.
- Oversee transportation development projects and respond to business community inquiries, providing solutions and guidance on growth opportunities and project details.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and maintaining regular communication, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Create reports, research papers, and educational materials on transportation trends and practices, conducting marketing research to provide insights and support business strategies.
- Offer ongoing support and post-sale consultation to transportation clients, preparing contracts and tenders to ensure satisfaction and compliance with client requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Two to less than three years of experience in business development, marketing or sales is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Understanding of budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation related to business development activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, industry developments, and organizational priorities.
