Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

NOC/TEER Unit Group: Food Service Supervisor (62020)

Term: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $20.0 per Hour

Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week based on business demand

Language: English

Minimum Education: High School

Experience: 1 year or less

Essential Skills: Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Efficient Interpersonal Skills

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Provide customer service
