Job Description

JOB DUTIES: 

  1. Act as the vision setter for the future of our business, and contribute to its growth strategy and success.
  2. Oversee operations of the company.
  3. Identify business opportunities and challenges, driving analytically grounded, well-researched solutions with high quality execution.
  4. Amplify our presence in the market, building our reputation as a market leading innovator.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  6. Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication.
  7. Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
  8. Control budget and manage expenses, thus establishing financial and administrative controls.
  9. Extend and expand our partners’ relationships to become a key driver of future growth.
  10. Build, develop and enable a cross-functional leadership team responsible for both customer and financial targets
  11. Build a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, update customer profiles, and present job orders strategies/plans.
  12. Assist HR Officer in hiring of the employees depending on business needs, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
  13. Create a high performance and deeply engaged culture amongst the operating team across a breadth of disciplines and seniority.
  14. Engage, support, and provide guidance to the team on supporting the needs of the business.
  15. Review, interpret and use data and analytics to lead team functions, and use insights to make business recommendations.

 

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: 85.90 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $128.85 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
