JOB DUTIES

GENERAL MANAGER

  • Provide inspired leadership to the company.
  • Develop and supervise the execution of short- and long-term strategic initiatives to achieve the company mission.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Ensure growing revenue streams to generate profits in line with agreed targets.
  • Enforce financial management systems to ensure the short-term and long-term financial viability of the office.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary and forecast the onboarding
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with the team to drive business development activities across new and existing clients.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with clients for effective business.
  • Work with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities, skills and abilities.

 

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $85.75 hourly 

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $128.63 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
