Job Duties: 

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product marketing strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product positioning and differentiation.
3. Go-to-Market Planning: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product launch strategies, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns; Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
5. Develop and Maintain Social Media Accounts: Oversee the management of company social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Curate and publish compelling content that attracts and retains followers and drives brand awareness.
6. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to drive product improvements and innovation.
7. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital content.
8. Public Relations and Communications: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as necessary to ensure positive media coverage and stakeholder engagement. Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify the company's voice and reach.
9. Oversee Website Content: Oversee the creation and maintenance of content on company websites, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant. Coordinate the development of reports, briefs, presentations, and other materials that support marketing and PR activities.
10. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on product performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
11. Event Management and Media Coordination: Plan and execute events that promote the company’s products, services, and brand to internal and external audiences. Plan and execute promotional activities designed to generate public interest and enhance the company’s brand image.
12. Customer Service Evaluation: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure alignment with marketing strategies; Address client inquiries and concerns and provide product training and support.
13. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks to support marketing functions; Design market research questionnaires and develop a portfolio of marketing materials.


Qualifications:
1. College diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management or product marketing, preferably within the technology or rail industry.
3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
6. Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
7. Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
