Job Duties: 

1. Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the company's related marketing activities;
2. Evaluation of the Drop Ship Post brand, website, corporate positioning, evaluate customer service and store environments to improve customer experience.
3. Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns;
4. Providing corresponding advertising plans or promotional strategies to inquiring customers;
5. Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning;
6. Collaborate with other internal team to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives; Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising;
train staff on marketing processes and initiatives;
8. Crafting compelling marketing materials tailored specifically for our diverse marketing platforms; Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials; Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed;
9. Development of the Drop Ship Post training brand and lead generation strategies;
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
1. College diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Quick learner and good adaptability
