Job Title: Cook
Job Description:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Plan a diverse menu featuring a wide range of authentic Indian dishes
Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes by maintaining the highest standards of taste and food presentation
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts

Pay rate:
$28.85 per hour
Education and Work experience:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
6-12 months related work experience is an asset
